Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of AI Edit Hero, operated by Digital SaaS OÜ. By using our Service, you agree to comply with this policy. This AUP supplements our Terms of Service, which contain additional prohibited uses in Section 6.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use AI Edit Hero to generate, upload, or distribute the following types of content:

• NSFW / Sexually Explicit Content: Any pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content, including nudity and sexual acts
• Deepfakes: AI-generated or AI-manipulated media that depicts real individuals in fabricated scenarios, or any synthetic media designed to misrepresent reality
• Face Swaps: Transferring, blending, or substituting one person's facial features onto another person's image, regardless of intent
• Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery: Any sexually explicit content involving real individuals without their consent
• Violence and Gore: Graphic depictions of violence, injury, or death intended to shock or disturb
• Hate Speech and Harassment: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or harassment against individuals or groups
• Child Safety: Any content that exploits or endangers minors in any way
• Fraud and Deception: Content designed to deceive, defraud, impersonate real individuals, or spread misinformation
• Illegal Content: Any content that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction

3. Content Safety Filters

AI Edit Hero uses automated content safety filters on all image generations and edits. These filters are provided by our underlying AI infrastructure providers and are designed to detect and block prohibited content. While we strive for comprehensive coverage, no automated system is perfect. Users remain responsible for ensuring their use complies with this policy.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent content safety filters
• Using the Service to generate content for spam, phishing, or social engineering attacks
• Automated or bulk access to the Service beyond API rate limits
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or extracting the underlying AI models
• Reselling or redistributing the Service without authorization

5. Enforcement

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:

• Warning and content removal
• Temporary suspension of your account
• Permanent termination of your account without refund
• Reporting to law enforcement where required by law
